The Tower of Babylon is a Wonder in Empire Earth. It unlocks the ability for Priests to convert units in a radius as opposed to a single target. As such, priests will then be able to convert multiple units in a row, increasing their efficiency. A must if you use many priests in your strategies. This also works for the Priest Tower building, which was added in the expansion pack The Art of Conquest.
